Without the cooperative efforts between CIFFI and the California Department of Fish and Game, there would be little, if any, kokanee-catching opportunities.  Since CIFFI's formation in 1992, through the Spring of 2007, we have helped to plant over SIXTEEN MILLION fingerlings with our investment over $500,000!
